• 1. PURPOSE
  CycloSmart is an application that connects your phone to your Cyclo device, you can therefore use your Cyclo device to see notifications of incoming calls, SMS or messages of your phone.
  To use CycloSmart, you must pair your Cyclo device using CycloSmart; and your phone will need to connect to your Cyclo device by bluetooth. Through the connection, CycloSmart will request certain information in your phone, which may include the personal information. PLEASE NOTE that MiTAC WILL NOT access, use, or store any of your information or personal information in any form or for any purpose while you installed CycloSmart in your phone or while you use CycloSamrt. It is at your sole discretion whether you will use CycloSmart.
• 2. WHAT INFORMATION REQUESTED BY CYCLOSMART
  CycloSmart will request the information in your phone including your device ID, SMS, call information, contacts, and/or App notification, and any or all of which are used to send notifications from your phone to your Cyclo device so that you may see notifications of incoming calls, SMS or messages of your phone by and on your Cyclo device. Remove or turn off CycloSmart if you do not want CycloSmart to request any information in your phone.

MiTAC may change this Privacy Statement from time to time as we deem necessary without notice to you. Any changes will become effective upon our posting or release of the revised Privacy Statement.
